These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of lucihome.com (the "Site"), operated by LuciHome ("LuciHome", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
LuciHome is currently a pre-launch presentation site for an upcoming international real estate platform intended to connect individuals, agents, agencies, notaries, and banks. The Site does not yet offer a functional marketplace, account system, or transaction processing. Its current purpose is to present the upcoming platform, collect expressions of interest, and answer questions ahead of the beta launch.
LuciHome is operated independently at this stage and is not yet incorporated as a registered company. This section will be updated once incorporation is complete.
By browsing the Site, submitting the Contact form, or registering interest in the Founding Member program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
The Site is provided for informational purposes related to the upcoming LuciHome platform. Content on the Site, including descriptions of planned features (such as agent collaboration tools, AI price estimation, or mortgage financing tools), describes the platform as it is being developed and may change before or after the beta launch.
LuciHome may offer early registrants ("Founding Members") preferential access or benefits (such as free access for a limited period) once the platform launches. These benefits are offered at LuciHome's discretion, are not a binding contractual guarantee, and may be modified, extended, or adjusted, including changes to the eligibility period or launch date, with notice provided on the Site.
The Mortgage Rate Calculator available on the Site provides estimates only and does not constitute a loan offer or financial advice. Full details are available in our Disclaimer.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of LuciHome or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
