1. About LuciHome

LuciHome is an online platform where users can search for, publish, and inquire about real estate listings for sale or rent across multiple countries. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of lucihome.com (the "Platform"), operated by LuciHome. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, publishing a listing, or otherwise using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or publish a listing on LuciHome. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your password secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization, contact us immediately.

5. Listings and content you publish

LuciHome is a listing platform. We do not own, manage, inspect, verify, or broker any property listed on the Platform, and we are not a party to any transaction between users. When you publish a listing, you confirm that:

• the information (price, location, description, features) is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
• you own the photos you upload, or have the right to use them;
• you have the legal right to sell, rent, or represent the property described.

You grant LuciHome a non-exclusive license to display the content you submit (listing details, photos, profile photo) on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service. You can remove this content at any time by deleting your listing or deactivating your account.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• publish false, misleading, or fraudulent listings;
• publish content that is illegal, discriminatory, or infringes someone else's rights;
• use the messaging system to spam, harass, or scam other users;
• attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization;
• use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Platform;
• interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform.

7. Messaging between users

Conversations between a buyer and a seller are private and visible only to the two participants. LuciHome does not review private messages, but may act on reports of abuse.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Platform that is not user-submitted — including the LuciHome name, logo, design, and underlying software — is the property of LuciHome or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written consent.

9. No warranty

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that listings are accurate, available, or lawful, and we're not responsible for the condition, legality, or ownership status of any property listed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LuciHome is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, or from any transaction, communication, or agreement made between users of the Platform.

11. Account deactivation and termination

You may deactivate your account at any time from your profile page, which permanently deletes your listings, photos, favorites, and profile details. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
